International education is an integral part of the Agnes Scott experience—from a globally-focused curriculum and student body to a breadth of study abroad programs throughout the world. We believe in helping our scholars become globally competent citizens.
International Roots
The concept of global learning has roots deep in the college’s history. Foreign language study has been a requirement since the founding of the college. Forty-five percent of our most recent graduating class studied abroad for academic credit.
